Traditional Flat-File Import and Export
NOVAtime supports a flat-file import of employees, labor groups, accrual data from H.R./Payroll partners, as well as exporting summarized time data as payroll files for our H.R./Payroll partners to import into their systems for payroll process. Web Services
NOVAtime Enterprise Web Services (N.E.W.S.) is NOVAtime’s standard web service interface that transports XML messages using the SOAP standard. It is an interface platform between NOVAtime system and third party applications.
N.E.W.S. provides a seamless integration platform that can work with any software (H.R. / Payroll / ERP systems) and any hardware devices that can use SOAP. It offers third-party interoperability, which enables seamless integration into or out of NOVAtime systems with any third party software package using standard-based (SOAP) XML messages.
N.E.W.S. enables data exchange between NOVAtime and third party applications. It provides automatic data synchronizationto the NOVAtime system and offers simple connectivity without IT effort in firewall and router configuration. For any application (software / hardware), N.E.W.S. offers real time data visibility in the NOVAtime system.
- For H.R. / Payroll / ERP applications, N.E.W.S. eliminates the need for redundant data entryof employee setup data in the NOVAtime system.
- As employees are added in another application, employees are inserted automatically in the NOVAtime system.
- As employees are updated in another application, employees are updated automatically in the NOVAtime system.
- Additional data to be transmitted into NOVAtime via N.E.W.S.: labor group data, accrual data, etc.
N.E.W.S. is supported in NOVAtime 3000 Enterprise Edition, NOVAtime 4000 Software as a Service (SaaS) hosted solutions, NOVAtime 4000 STAR (on-premise for organization with more than 1000 employees), and NOVAtime 4000 STARbox (on-premise for organization with 1000 employees or less).
