NOVAtime’s NT6500 terminal provides full-featured self –service kiosk functionality
to your employee workforce while also providing the standard time clock options
such as punching, transferring, etc. Because the NT6500 utilizes PUSH technology,
all data transactions are performed real-time and eliminate the need for legacy
polling and data download processes.
Employees have the ability to perform the following self-service functions at the
NT6500 terminal:
- Request time off
- View time request status
- View timesheet
- View Schedule
- View Accrual Balances
- View Points / Performance Tracking data
By providing these self-service tools, employee to management requests are reduced
thereby maximizing employee productivity. Studies also show that providing self-service
tools to employees often results in increased morale amongst your workforce.
Input methods for the NT6500 include magnetic stripe, barcode, proximity, key-in
and biometric finger readers with auto enrollment.

and portable device. Built in with a laser scanner, the NT6000P “pushes” employee
punch data automatically to the server, real-time or periodically using Wi-Fi or
GPRS cellular connectivity. It supports easy-to use time and attendance and job
costing features, allowing you to:
- Perform multiple-employee, multi-level group and department transfers.
- Punch in and out.
- Request / input sick leave hours, vacation hours, personal leave time, etc.
- Support input of tips, bonus dollars, etc.
- Real-time access of employee timesheet, work schedules and accrual information.

NT380P is a sophisticated yet affordable fingerprint time clock with modern appeal.
It serves as a fully functional time clock to identify an employee after a proximity
badge swipe or a PIN entry. Fingerprint punch eliminates buddy punching which employees
punching in for one another. Working with the NOVAtime system, employee finger templates
can be enrolled in one NT380P time clock and automatically downloaded to other NT380P
time clocks, allowing a centralized control of finger enrollment.
